The engine was meticulously dismantled, machined, balanced and rebuilt using Cosworth pistons.

Dino engines, despite their race bred DNA and 8,000 RPM redline, are tough units and only minor wear was encountered.

She should be good for another 40 thousand miles with regular oil changes.
